Please inspect the material at delivery where practical and contact KSBio promptly if the delivered product, quantity or condition differs from the confirmed order. Keep the invoice and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Each confirmed-order issue is reviewed against the agreed order terms and applicable law. Any return, replacement, credit or refund will be communicated directly after review.
